WHITSUNDAY SAILING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Whitsunday Sailing want to assure you that your health & safety is of paramount importance when you sail with us.  Our COVID-19 policy has our crew following guidelines & adhering to mandates as recommended by the Queensland Health & Safe Work Australia.  We use COVID-19 grade cleaning products throughout our vessels.

We ask that you respect our staff for adhering to COVID-19 policies. Please note from January 17 all guests boarding our vessels will need to be double vaccinated. You will be sent a waiver once you book. This will also ask whether you are double vaccinated. You can also provide proof through Checkin Queensland app or MyGov. There will be no refunds if guests have not signed the waiver or provided proof of vaccination and are therefore not permitted to board the vessels.

A link to our waiver is below which must be signed by all guests. Parents/guardians sign for minors.

Providence V Day & Sunset Sails

Our minimum numbers are eight people in order to sail. You will be offered an opportunity to transfer to another day or can ask for a full refund.

All bookings can only be confirmed with full payment for the sail.

We have a no cancellation policy ie if we cancel for any other reason ie due to weather, we will offer you the opportunity to sail on another date or give you a full refund.

We permit cancellations and full refund for documented COVID reasons (ie border closures/lockdowns/covid diagnosis). There will be a 1% admin fee applied to all cancellations. Alternatively, we can offer you the option of a gift card for the full amount paid for your travel at a later date which will not incur a price rise or the admin fee.

We reserve the right to change the route or destination if necessary because of, for e.g. weather conditions.

If you lose or damage snorkelling gear or stinger suits you will be charged for the replacement of lost goods via EFTPOS on the boat.

It's a barefoot experience. We collect your shoes upon boarding and return them for the Hill Inlet walk on the day sail or on disembarking on the sunset sail.

All guests are required to be double vaccinated and proof shown upon boarding.
